Of Sanborn, NY, passed away on Friday, August 11, 2017, in the  Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo, NY.
He was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on May 1, 1997, the son of Debra L. [Bowman] and Kevin A. Dwyer.

Cullen graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School in 2015. He was a member of the Niagara Wheatfield Jazz Band. In his senior year he received the prestigious Louis Armstrong award.

He was the Parts Sales Manager at Auto Zone in North Tonawanda for the past two years.  Cullen enjoyed being in the out doors, playing his guitar, drums, riding his four wheelers and working on his ATV's and motorcycle.

In addition to his parents,  he is survived by his girl friend Mary E. Ormsby,  a brother  Dale R. (Gina M.) Fenzel, Jr., a sister Ryanne A. Dwyer, two nieces Gulianna and Gabriella Fenzel and his grandparents Richard and Barbara  Bowman, Karen (late Robert) Eicher and Dennis and Doris Dwyer,  also many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

His family will be present on Wednesday from 3-7 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY.
