I had the good fortune of growing up next to Elmer (in the house his father built, and daughter now lives in!), which means I have know Elmer all of my life. He gave me my first job, pulling weeds in the green house behind the garage. When I moved to California 33 years ago, we would always exchange Christmas cards and write about the Bills. I remember walking in a lot next to the stadium in Tampa in 1991, when I looked up and saw both Mr. & Mrs. Moje walking towards me. We had a blast visiting and we were all so excited that our Bills finally made it to the Super Bowl!! Any time I would visit Buffalo over the years, a visit with Elmer was always my first stop. Bev, Carly and extended family, I am very sorry for your loss. But I have no doubt, Elmer and my Dad are enjoying a cold beer together, sitting on a porch in Heaven, talking about the good old days, and what a great place Townline Road was to live.
Cheers!! Bill Millidge

Low and behold behind us on the next street is Elmer, then we joined the church and the fire hall and here is Elmer again.
