We were very sorry to read of Glenn's passing . It has been so many years since we have seen any of you. When Dick and Edie Brusehaber were still alive, they would keep in touch with your family. Some did come out to the farm in Eden some years back for a visit. Dick has been gone since 2010 and Edie 2015.
I was the same age as Glen and Margie as Forrest. So many wonderful memories of our visits to the homestead on Saunders Settlement Rd. over the years
Again, our deepest sympathy to your family. Sorry we could not call at the funeral home.

Glenn was a great long time friend. Always there to help Gary, whether it was at the Sanborn Historical Society with all his machinery that he loved to run or just a friendly chat on the phone. We will never forget he and Jean's visits to Florida and the fun we had! It won't be the same walking into the fire hall and not seeing him there! He was a very special man! Rest in peace Glenn!

Love, Gary and Chris

Our Condolences to the the Glenn Wendt family. Glenn was very active in our organization. He was a charter member of our organization and Board of Directors serving in our formidable years from from 1996 to 1999. He worked hard for our organization helping us make hard decisions in setting up our museums. He was our liaison with the Fire company where we held our monthly meetings. Being a retired Operating Engineer from Smith Brothers, he excavated the cellar for our Schoolhouse museum in the late 90's. He has continued helping us as late as last year by grading the soil around our Church/Legion building recently moved to our farm museum. He also made sure that the windmill at the farm donated by the Wendt family was installed and working properly. He will be missed. Good bye our great and loyal friend!

Don and I are so very sorry to hear of Glen's passing. Glen was a good friend of mine for a very long time, since the 1960's, and a fellow Fire Fighter. We live in Southern California now, however when Glen and his wife came out to San Diego to see their Daughter, they contacted us and we had a lovely dinner on the Coast. Our deepest Sympathies to Glen's Family, he will be missed. Prayers for the Repose of his Soul.
