Of Lewiston, NY, passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2017, in Mercy Hospital, Buffalo, NY. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY on June 22, 1926, the daughter of the late Jacob C. and Mary L. [McDonough] Hoff.

Mrs. Brennan graduated from both Niagara Falls High School and Nazareth College in Rochester.
She was an elementary and science teacher with Lew Port from 1958 to 1961 and with the Niagara Falls Board of Education from 1961 until 1988, at North Junior and at Niagara Falls High School. She also substituted at St. Teresa’s and St. Peter’s schools.

Mrs. Brennan was a member of the Niagara Falls Retired Teachers Association, the New York State Teachers Association, the St. Francis Guild, St. Peter’s Altar and Rosary Society and the Lewiston Study Group.

She was the wife of the late Cal Brennan, who passed away in 1971.

Mrs. Brennan is survived her children Todd M. Brennan and Maureen A. (Edward) Pinkel, a sister Dr. Margaret B. Hoff.

Her family will be present on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga Street, LEWSITON, NY, where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 9:00 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM at St. Peter’s Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, with Msgr David LiPuma officiating.

Memorials may be made in her name to St. Peter’s Church.

Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
