Of  Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on  Thursday, November 9, 2017, in Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence, Lewiston, NY. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY on November 26, 1951, the son of the late Donald V. and Margaret A. [Johnson] Gillis.

Paul graduated from Lew- Port and had attended Niagara County Community College. He was housekeeping attendant with Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for over 40 years. Paul was an excellent musician and  especially enjoyed playing his  guitar and listening to music.

He is survived by two brothers, Wayne (Carol)  and Michael (Janet) Gillis, a sister, Donna (Mark)  Beanblossom, also many nieces and nephews. 

His family will be present on  Wednesday from  11-12:00 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga Street, LEWISTON, NY, where funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM.

Memorials may be made in his name to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY  14094.

Interment in Oakland Rural Cemetery Youngstown, NY.
