Of Youngstown, NY passed away March 20, 2018. She was born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on October 22, 1937, the daughter of the late James and Elizabeth Maye (McClelland) Stewart, Jr.
Mrs. Taylor-Hulligan owned a Security Training Office in San Bernadino, California. She taught Genealogy at the Lewiston Library. She enjoyed ghost hunting, her Akita dogs and was involved in many Genealogy Societies.
Peggy was the wife of the late Jack Taylor. She is survived by her husband Thomas J. Hulligan of 20 years, sons Jerald K. (Valerie) Harris, Michael T. (Jessie) Hulligan, Christopher A. (Jackie) Hulligan and Jason P. Marr, cousin Michael McClelland, several grandchildren and her dog Chiquita.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday at Oakwood Cemetery Mausoleum, 763 Portage Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14301.
Memorials in her name may be made to the Lewiston Public Library.
