Of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away September 4, 2017. He was born in Midway, Alabama on December 27, 1939, the son of the late Essie and Rosie [Spencer] Hall.

Mr. Spencer was employed in road construction for various employers. He served his country in the United States Army in the Vietnam War.

Sidney is survived by his daughter Lisa Ann(Isom) Shavers, brother Jimmy "Jake" Spencer, niece Emmie (John) Rivers. He was also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
