Of the Tuscarora Nation entered into rest November 13, 2017. Todd was a member of the Beaver Clan and was born in Niagara Falls, NY on March 30, 1963, a son of the late Odis O. and Marlene [Williams] Prescott, Sr.

Todd was employed with various roofing companies. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching the Miami Dolphins. He thoroughly enjoyed Native American arts and was contacted by the museum of NY State requesting a Tuscarora Gustoweh (men's ceremonial headdress) which is proudly on display in Albany, NY. Todd loved spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his daughters Samantha Mt. Pleasant, Tina Prescott and Autumn Prescott, grandchildren Violet, Summer and Troy Prescott, sisters Denise (John) Litz,  Sybil (Gary) Alden and Mary Lou Archey, brother Odis (Dawn) Prescott, Jr., dear aunts Jean (Harrison) Crogan, Louise (Nick) McKie, Dorene (Filmore) Rickard, long time friend Marc "Gus" Curley and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was the brother of the late Linda Lee Prescott, Dawn Marie Haviland and Sharlene Cerza.
