Costella Scott Obituary
Costella V. Scott of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away Friday, November 8, 2019, at her home under the care of her family and Niagara Hospice. She was born in Charleston, WV, on September 17, 1932 the daughter of the late Howard and Frankie [Carter] Pannell.
Mrs. Scott was the wife of the late Harry Scott.
She is survived by her children Harry (Caprice) Scott, Parris Scott and Deborah Morton, also nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Scott was the mother of the late Larry and James Scott.
Her family will be present on Saturday from 10-11:00 AM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 1124 Ontario Avenue, NIAGARA FALLS, followed by Funeral Services at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Joseph A. Jones officiating.
Interment in Oakwood Cemetery Niagara Falls, NY.
