Gracellyn Bilek

Of Sanborn, NY,  passed away on July 11, 2018.    She was born on  September 29, 1939 in Sanborn, New York, the daughter of the late William B. and Grace E. [Wendt] Wendt.

Mrs. Bilek enjoyed gardening, cooking and was involved with many community and group activities.   She was a member of the Sanborn Fire Women's Auxiliary and St. Paul's Evangelist Lutheran Church.    Her most cherished time was spent with her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchild.

Mrs. Bilek was the wife of the late John J. Bilek, who passed away in June of 2009. She is survived by her children Wayne J. Bilek,  Craig J. Bilek and Denise R. (Steven) Calvaneso, grandchildren, Rachel V. Bilek, Ashley DiPietro and Dominique (Brian) Dibble, Enzo Calvaneso and Joshua Hertel, great-grandson Valentino, one brother Forrest (late Gail) Wendt, a sister in law Jean Wendt,  also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

She was the sister of the late Donald (Dorothy), Marvin (Ruth), Bertram (Norine), William (Darla), Kenneth (Dianne)  and Glenn Wendt. 

The family will be present Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME,  5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where Funeral Services will be held Monday at 10AM with Rev. Charles G. Biegner, Jr. 

Interment in Acacia Park Cemetery.
