James Lee Heffler

James Lee Heffler, 74, of Mukwonago, WI,  passed away peacefully after a long illness on Wednesday, July 11, 2018.    Jim was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on December 4, 1943, the son of the late Richard and Regina [Kolovosky] Heffler.

He was a graduate of Niagara Wheatfield Central School and entered the US Navy after graduation, serving from 1961 - 1965. 

Jim retired from Miller Brewing Company after many years as a member of the Mechanical Engineering team.

Jim was a big man with a big heart. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, Sudoko, working in his garden, making his spicy pickles, and telling tall tales with the guys.  His exuberance for life was infectious and he will be greatly missed.

Jim was the beloved husband of 39 years to Donna Marie and the late Lynn [Hoffman] Heffler, he is survived by a daughter Rae Ann (Bill) Ketterer, three granddaughters, Kelsey, Katie and Crystal, two brothers David ( Diane ) Heffler, Raymond ( Sandy ) Heffler, a sister in law Karen Heffler,  as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Richard Heffler.

His family will be present on Sunday from 1-3 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM.
