Loretta M. Leffler, of Lewiston, NY, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018, in Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence.
She was born in Niagara Falls, NY on December 9, 1931, a daughter of the late Brady (June) McCormick and Agnes (Larry) [Wilson] Byer.
Mrs. Leffler graduated from Niagara Falls High School. She was the switchboard operator at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for several years before becoming the receptionist with Niagara Pediatrics for over 30 years before retiring.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, baking and crafts.
Mrs. Leffler is survived by two sons James Leffler and David (Urszula Sporysz) Leffler, two daughters Lynne (Peter) DiGrazia and Bonnie L. Bohn, two brothers Donald (late Lil) McCormick and Ronald (Joyce) McCormick, also seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
Her family will be present on Friday from 4-7:30 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga Street, LEWISTON, NY, where funeral services will follow at 7:30 PM with the Rev. Matthew Kofahl officiating.
