Mark E. Walck

Mark E. Walck of Sanborn, NY, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 8, 2019, in Buffalo General Hospital.   He was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on August 29, 1952, the son of Elva [Milleville] Walck and the late Edgar Walck.

Mark graduated from Niagara Wheatfield.   He was a dairy farmer for many years and worked at Occidental Chemical before becoming a tractor trailer driver with Yellow Freight for the past 10 years.

He was an active member of The Chapel at Crosspoint, serving as a usher and greeter.

Mark enjoyed spending time with his family and being out doors.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife of 45 years Janice [Ingraham] Walck, two daughters Tara (Sekou) Walck-Henry and Shanna (Ronald) Hackett, four grandchildren Luke, Ellis, Landon and Cooper, two brothers Carl and Brent (Laurie) Walck, sister Gail (Timothy) Johnston, sister-in-law Cherie Ingraham (Richard),  his closest friend Richard J. Miller, also many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

His family will be present on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:30 AM at The Chapel, CrossPoint Campus  500 Crosspoint Pkwy, Getzville, NY.

Memorials may be made in his name to The Chapel.  

Interment in Mt. View Cemetery, Town of Cambria, NY.
