Of the Town of Cambria, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017, at his residence.

He was born in Albion, NY, on June 4, 1949, a son of  Joan W. [Clark] Barry and the late Robert D. Barry.

Mr. Barry graduated from Starpoint  High School and had attended Buffalo State. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.   After returning from the army he worked with several contractors.    He started working at Harrison Radiator which later became Delphi as the maintenance supervisor for over 31 years before retiring in 2008.  

Mr. Barry loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He was an avid fly fisherman, enjoyed painting, sports and will be remembered for being able to fix just about anything.  

Besides his mother,  he is survived by his wife  of 47 years, Deborah A. [Pokelwaldt] Barry, two sons Nathan (fiancée' Heather Blasius) and Adam Barry, a daughter Jill (Ryan) Smith, seven grandchildren Jared, Sydney, Lawson, Mihla, Lola, Rebekah and Raechel, a sister Eileen Smith, a  brother Christopher Barry and was the son in law of Neil Pokelwaldt. He is also survived by several brother and sister in laws and  many nieces and nephews.    Mr. Barry was the father of the late Dean N. Barry.

His family will be present on Monday from 4-8 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Todd Blackley officiating.
