RAYMOND R. "RICK" MILLER

Raymond R. "Rick" Miller, of the Town of Cambria, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2015, at his residence. He  was born in Lockport, NY, on June 7, 1947, the son of the late Chancellor H. and Edith [Klopfer] Miller.

Mr. Miller graduated from Starpoint High School and served with the US Army during the Vietnam War.
He was truck driver for various companies over the years and for the past few years with Mikelly Construction. Mr. Miller enjoyed working on his farm, where he raised horses.

He survived by his wife of 47 years  Dawn  M. [ Gallahue] Miller, a daughter Kimberly (Terry) Cookson of Ocala, FL, a sister Luella (Gerald) Miller of the Town of Wheatfield, also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Allen and Kenneth  Miller.

The family will be present on Monday from 5-7 PM PM at the RHONEY  FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services  will held at 7:00 PM, with the Rev. Kenneth Kolbe officiating, with Military Honors to follow.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials in his name can be made to Feral Cat Focus of East Aurora, NY, Buffalo Humane Society,  Second Chance and Save-A-Pet.

Inurnment in Wheatfield Cemetery, Town of Wheatfield , NY.
