Of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on  Sunday, August 20, 2017, in Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence, Lewiston, NY.    She was born in Niagara Falls, NY on May 20, 1923, a daughter of the late Raymond and  Viro [Nichols]  Webster.

Mrs. Kelley was employed with the Power City Trust Co. and with the Marine Trust Co. in LaSalle, for many years.

She participated in the Complete Senior Care and enjoyed doing crossword puzzles.

Mrs. Kelley was the wife of the late Eugene Kelley, who passed away in May of 1979.   She is survived by one daughter Barbara E. Frye, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, also several nieces, nephews and cousins.   Mrs. Kelley was the mother of the late Richard E. Kelley and sister of the late Wallace W. Webster and Ruth E. Winters.

Her family will be present on   Friday from 11-12:00 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga Street, LEWISTON, NY, where funeral services will follow at 12:00 PM. 

Memorials  may be made in her name to the Cerebral Palsy Association.

Interment in North Ridge Cemetery, Town of Cambria, NY.
