Arlene E. Kydd

Formerly of Sanborn, NY,  passed away on  Friday, January 19, 2024, at Lakeside Health & Rehab, Huntersville,  NC.  She was born in Niagara Falls, NY on October 10, 1938, a daughter of the late William and Edna [Ziegler] Tappendorf.

Mrs. Kydd was an active member of Immaculate Conception Church, a member of the Altar and Rosary Society and loved her role as a teacher's aide for the disabled at BOCES.  She was also an active supporter of the Right-To-Life.

Mrs. Kydd is survived by her husband of 65 years Albert  Kydd, two daughters Susan  (Jeff) Evenson and Pamela (Bill) Hession, six grandchildren Amy (Tom) Waters, Sean Hackett, Constance (John) Wilhoit and Morgan (Collin) Brown, also six  great grandchildren.

Her family will be present on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 4-7 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY.  Everyone is invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at  10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, 4671 Townline Road,  Ransomville, NY.

Memorials may be made in her name to Niagara Hospice.
