Of the Tuscarora Nation, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025, in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. A member of the White Bear Clan, he was born in Niagara Falls, NY on February 25, 1957, a son of the late Francis and Carolyn [Woodbury] Henry.
Brian graduated from Niagara Wheatfield in 1975 and had attended the University of Wisconsin and Niagara County Community College. He was a lineman with National Grid for over 30 years before retiring.
Brian was a member the Iroquois Marching Band, the Tuscarora Temperance Society, Tuscarora Baptist Church, The Wausau Story and Trooper Legacy Corps.
He enjoyed traveling the country with his family and attending his grandchildren's sporting events, playing lacrosse, softball, basketball, golfing and riding his motorcycle.
Brian is survived by his children Noah, Jacob (Kaityn), Tiffany Henry and Emily Printup, three grandchildren Harley, Novalee and Atticus, his brothers Raymond, Ronald " Mouser ", Robert " Bear " [ Joy ] and Dale Henry, also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
His family will be present on Tuesday from 4-7 PM at RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Tuscarora Baptist Church, 2088 Mount Hope Road Sanborn, NY, with Rev. Walter A. Printup, officiating.
Memorials may be made in his name to the Iroquois Marching Band.
Interment in Mt. Hope Cemetery on the Tuscarora Nation.
