Caroline Dolecki Obituary

Caroline Laura Dolecki of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2020, in the Schoellkopf Health Center, under the care of Niagara Hospice. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on January 24, 1950 the daughter of the late Dominick and Margaret Pellechia.

Caroline graduated from LaSalle Senior High School in 1968.

She worked at Marcus Travel Planners which later merged with NFT Travel, for over 20 years before retiring in 2000.

Caroline enjoyed traveling, especially cruises, going to the casino, playing bingo, crocheting and reading.

She has battled Multiple Sclerosis since 1998, which hindered many of her favorite past times, as well as her time with family and friends whom she loved so very much.

Caroline was the wife of 32 years, to her soul mate, the late Ronald J. Dolecki, Sr., who passed away in November of 2017. She is survived by her children Yvonne (Gary) Farnham and Ronald J (late Sherri) Dolecki, three grandchildren Clint, Megan and Daniel Farnham, two great grandchildren Miley and Peyton Farnham, a sister Adele Maneresi and the aunt of Holly (Mark) Renteria and Larry Maneresi, also several great nieces and nephews.

Caroline was the mother of the late Joseph Dolecki.

She was determined to help find a cure for MS and decided to donate her body to the University of Buffalo School of Medicine.

Services will be held at a later date by the family.

Her final resting place will be at Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery with her husband.

Memorials may be made in her name to Niagara Hospice, in lieu of flowers.
