Cecil D. Tittle

Of Lewiston, NY,  passed away Friday, August 4, 2023, in Niagara Hospice House.  He was born in Niagara Falls, NY,  on July 3, 1929, a son of the late Cecil D. and Winifred [Garland] Hellman.

Cecil graduated from Niagara University with his degree in Accounting.

He served with the US Army during the Korean War.

Cecil was an accountant with Moore Business Forms for over 40 years before retiring in 1997.

He was a member of the Lewiston Choraleers and the Larks. Cecil enjoyed spending time with his family, golfing and skiing and was an avid Bills fan.

He was the husband of 59 years to the late Dolores M. [Ryszka] Tittle, who passed away in September of 2017.

Cecil is survived by his children Mark (Julie) Tittle, Blair (Lillian) Tittle and Bernadine (Tom)  Allen, a grandson Marcus Tittle, brothers Phil (Evelyn) and David Tittle, also several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Lynda Gibas and Deborah Elmore.

His family will be present on Wednesday from 4-8 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga Street, LEWISTON, NY, where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 9:30 AM, followed by a  Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Peter's Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY.

Memorials may be made in name to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.

Entombment with military honors at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
