Cynthia D. Gilliam

Of the Town of Lewiston, NY, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at her residence.   She was born in Niagara Falls, NY,  on December 1, 1955, a daughter of the late Theodore and Frances [Sardella] Balogh.

Cindy was a graduate of Niagara Wheatfield High School.

She was the dispatcher for Military Towing for many years.

Cindy enjoyed her cats and going to the Casino.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years,  Patrick J. Gilliam, her daughter Frances (Kevin) Schroth, two grandchildren Hannah and Brandon, two sisters Linda (Robert) Noble and Jeanie (Boyd) Saulino-Clark, a brother William Balogh, also many nieces and nephews.

Cindy was the sister of the late James and Theodore Balogh and Frances Kudela.

Private funeral services will be held at the wishes of her family.

Memorials may be made in her name to the Niagara SPCA.
