David P. Corra

Of Sanborn, NY, passed away on Friday May 17, 2024, in Niagara Hospice House, Lockport, NY.  He was born in Niagara Falls, NY on December 5, 1947, a son of the late John and Margaret [Stefanick]  Corra.

"Demo Dave" was a demolition expert with Kimmins Contracting and later with the Ontario Specialty Contracting,  before retiring in 2014.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, volunteering at the Sanborn Farm Museum and was an avid sportsman.

Dave is survived by his wife of 31 years, Laurie A. [Davis] Corra, his children Diana Giarrizzo,  David, Joshua, John Corra and Alisha (Zach) Almond, seven grandchildren Jason, Anne, Kaitlin, Jenna, Gavin, Lydia and Lucas, a great grandson Jaxon, siblings Adell (Peter) Colosi, John (Sherrie) Corra and Nancy (Thomas) Tierney, also many nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Marge (Chuck) Walker.

A celebration of his life will be held at a time to be announced.

Memorials may made in Dave's name to Niagara Hospice.
