Of Lewiston, NY, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY, after a prolonged battle with heart disease.
A proud Niagara Falls resident, born on October 4, 1957, a son of the late Joseph and Ann [Moses] Mansour and stepson of the late Jack Palmer.
David was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School, Hobart College and the University of Toledo School of Law. David's career spanned 42 years, during the early part of his career, he was in partnership with the late Whitney Mallam, Esq. Thereafter he transitioned into being a sole practitioner in Niagara Falls, as well as being on the staff of the Conflicts Office for Niagara County.
David served as a board member of H.A.R.T., Inc. and was a member of the Niagara Falls Country Club his whole life.
He was a zealous golfer and fisherman and treasured his personal connections with those pastimes.
David is survived by his wife of 36 years Kate M. Joyce, his children Nicholas, Stephen and Emily (James Moran) Mansour, siblings Paul (Julie) Mansour and Jane (Daniel) Solomon, also in-laws, many nieces, nephews and friends.
His family will be present on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga Street, LEWISTON, NY. Everyone is invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Alumni Chapel at Niagara University.
