Of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2023.  She was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on January 11, 1954, a daughter of the late Harry V. and Costella [Pannell] Scott, Sr.

Debra was a long time employee of the Niagara Falls Parks Department.

She is survived by her husband, Darryl Morton, brothers Harry (Caprice) Scott and Parris Scott, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.

Debra was the sister of the late Larry Scott.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
