Donald Marx Obituary
Donald E. Marx of the Town of Wheatfield, NY, passed peacefully on May 26, 2020, due to COVID-19. He was born in Buffalo, NY, on March 8, 1939, the son of the late Herbert and Edyth [Schopp] Marx.
Don was a longtime classic car and train enthusiast in Western New York.
He is survived by his loving wife Carol-Joy [Latona] Marx, his children Michelle J. Wienke, Colleen J. Marx, Robynn J. (Scott) Taylor and son-in-law Albert Wienke, five grandchildren Alexander C. (Fiancé Jessica Luh) and Kendra A. Wienke, Sebastian Blue (Madison Park) and Morgan Gray Taylor and Calypso G. Marx-Blake, also many nieces, nephews, family, friends and his beloved dog, Cannoli.
Don was the brother of the late Jean (Joseph) Brubaker, John (MaryEllen) Marx and Robert Marx.
Due to social restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church (Tonawanda) or to Niagara County SPCA, 2100 Lockport Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304.
