DOUGLAS J. ETUE
Of Ransomville, NY, passed away on Sunday November 13, 2022. He was born in Lewiston, NY on June 8, 1966, the son of Patricia [Broeker] Etue and the late Melvin "Jim" Etue.
Doug graduated from Niagara Wheatfield and Orleans Niagara BOCES as a welder. He was employed with DuPont in Niagara Falls for many years and was a member of the Pekin Fire Company. Doug and his brother Chris were the former owners of E-Man Motorsports and involved at Ransomville Speedway Go-Kart classes. Doug enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and loved his pups.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his longtime companion Marcy Lombardo, his sister Nicole J (Brian) Scavone, loving uncle of Liviana and Colin Scavone, nephew of Susan (Kevin) Guenther, dear friend of Jon and Jill MacSwan and Marcy's sons Christopher, Joey and grandson Leonardo.
He was the brother of the late Christopher Etue.
His family will be present on Friday from 4-7 PM at RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM.
Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials may be made in his name to the Niagara County SPCA.
