Edwin Lavis Obituary

Edwin E. Lavis passed away on January 6, 2021.

Edwin was a Vietnam Veteran and 30 year retiree of General Motors.

He was the beloved husband of Alice Lavis for 55 years.

Loving father of Eugene Lavis (Angela), Diana Lavis (Timothy McMahon), Deborah Lavis, Christina Lavis. Loving grandfather to Timothy McMahon Jr., Sara McMahon, Justin Lavis, and Megan Lavis. Loving brother to Kathy Hill (Chuck), Shirley Seneca (Richard), Gail Pajak, and brother Gene Lavis. He is survived by many nieces and nephews, loving in laws and his best friend Bella.

He was the brother of the late Carol, Laverne, and Karen.

Edwin's Memorial Service will be held on June 6, 2022 at 57 Woodcreek Lane, Grand Island, NY 14072 at 2PM with Military Honors to follow.
