Elaine M. Moehrle

Elaine M. Moehrle of Sanborn, NY, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022.  She was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on September 30, 1949, a daughter of the late Arnold Hicks and Gladys [Stewart] Sorenson.

Mrs. Moehrle was an active member of the Colonial Heights Free Methodist Church.

She was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed visiting with family and friends and fishing at her camp.

Mrs. Moehrle was the wife of 54 years to the late Clayton E. Moehrle.

She is survived by her children Brian E. (Kristi) Moehrle and Lisa M. (Blake) Shields, her siblings Ronald (Nancy) Leisten-Hicks, Phillip Hicks, Karen (David) Candella and Emily (late Robert) Neal, six grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Arthur Hicks.

Her family will be present on Friday from 5-7 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893  Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM, with the Rev. Timothy Deeks officiating.

Memorials may be made in her name to the Colonial Heights Free Methodist Church.

Interment in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
