Frank L. Testman, Jr.

FRANK L. TESTMAN, JR., 61 of Sanborn, NY passed away March 23, 2022 in Cleveland Clinic.  He was born in Sacramento, California on April 4, 1960,  the son of Yvetta N. (Smith) Testman and late Frank L. Testman Sr.

Frank was a commercial electrician affiliated with IBEW Local 41, most recently employed by Great Arrow Builders in PA. 

He served in the US Marines, was retired from the Niagara Falls US Air Reserve Station, achieving the rank of Master Sergeant, and was a decorated veteran of the Gulf Wars. 

Frank will be remembered for his generosity of time and talent and his ability to meet life's challenges with abiding faith, love, and resiliency.

Frank is survived by his beloved wife Ann M. (Haseley) Testman,  Loving father of five children   Jill (Daniel) Byles-Smith, Frank (Jennifer) Testman III, Nicholas (Taylor) Testman, Rachel (David) Garcia, and Angela (Nicholas) Hannam  and cherished grandfather of nine grandchildren Thomas, Jonathan, Emily, Banks, Avery, Crews, Emelia, Kennedy, and Dominic and treasured siblings,   Karena T. Benskin and Ronald C. Testman.

Visitation will be MONDAY from 3-7PM at RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY.

Graveside Services will be held Tuesday at 11AM at St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery (Walmore Road), followed by Military Honors.
