HOWARD WILLARD, III

Of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at his home.  He was born in Niagara Falls, NY on April 13, 1960, a son of Faye [Price] Willard and the late Howard Willard, Jr.

Howard graduated from LaSalle Senior High School in 1978.

He became a supervisor with Occidental Chemical Company for 45 years before retiring in 2022.

Howard enjoyed playing golf and was an avid Bills Fan.

He was the husband of 39 years to the late Sharon P. [Eagan] Willard, who passed away in July of 2022 and was father of the late Matthew Willard.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his siblings Lori (Robert) Sherwood,  David (Cathy) and Mark (Debby) Willard, also many nieces and nephews.

His family will be present on Saturday from 11-1:00 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 1124 Ontario Avenue, NIAGARA FALLS, NY, where funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM, with the Rev. Laura Norris-Buisch officiating.

Interment in Memorial Park Cemetery,  Lewiston, NY.
