Jacelyn Hamilton Obituary

It is with deep sorrow and profound love that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Jacelyn Hamilton, who peacefully departed this life on June 11th at the young age of 68. A beacon of unwavering faith, Jacelyn was a devoted servant of the Lord, whose life was a testament to her strong belief in God’s grace and mercy.

Born on February 22nd in Niagara Falls, NY,  Jacelyn was the cherished daughter of June Lowery. She dedicated her life to helping others, always putting the needs of family, friends, and even strangers before her own. Her home was a sanctuary of warmth and hospitality, where anyone in need, could find solace and support.

Her faith was the cornerstone of her existence, guiding her through life with a gentle, yet unwavering spirit. She was an active pillar in various churches where she spent countless hours in prayer, service, and fellowship, touching the lives of all who had the privilege to know her.

Jacelyn believed in the power of giving and the importance of supporting others. Her acts of kindness were limitless, and her love knew no bounds. Whether it was through a comforting word, a helping hand, or simply a warm smile, she made a difference in the lives of so many. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, selflessness, and an unshakable faith that will continue to inspire all who knew her.

Jacelyn built a family grounded in love, faith and respect. She was a nurturing mother to Christopher and Kenny Hamilton and the late Airrion Shine.  She was an adoring grandmother to Voniqual, Egypt, Destini, Zaria Shine, and Kamiyah Hamilton, who will forever carry her legacy of kindness and generosity.

Her loving sisters Anita Brown and Norma Lowery also share her passion for supporting family and friends.

Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we take solace in knowing that she is now at peace in the presence of the Lord she so fervently worshipped. Her spirit will live on in the memories we cherish and the lessons she imparted.

A celebration of her life and faith will be held on TUESDAY, June 18 from 10-11AM at Rhoney Funeral Home, 1124 Ontario Ave., Niagara Falls, NY  14305, where services follow at 11AM.

We invite all who knew and loved Jacelyn to join us in remembering and honoring a truly remarkable woman whose life was a blessing to us all.

May her soul rest in eternal peace.
