Beloved Husband, Father, Son, Nephew, and Cousin

Joseph Daniel Paduano, 78, of Youngstown, New York passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2020. Born in Niagara Falls, he was the loving son of the late Anthony and Pauline (Simone) Paduano.

Born on March 6, 1942, Joseph attended Holy Rosary Grammar School (K-8), and graduated from Bishop Duffy in 1960.

He married his beloved wife Robin on June 9, 1984.    He was a devoted husband to his wife Robin and an adoring father to his daughter Lisa.    He and Robin were happily married for 38 years.

After high school graduation, he worked at Sirianni Foods, The MGM City Market, and Federal Meats.

In 1964, Joseph joined the U.S. Air Force as an Air Policeman stationed in Japan.    He remained in service until 1968.  Upon his return to Niagara Falls, Joseph worked for the Niagara Falls Board of Education under the CETA program as a security specialist.
Subsequently, he worked for AETNA Insurance as a Safety Engineer, and retired while living in Memphis, TN.

Joseph is survived by his brothers, Edward and Paul.  Also survived nieces Gina (Richard) Vallari and Simone (Paduano) Kelley.

He is predeceased by his sister Joanne Paduano, by his aunts and uncles: Uncle Albert and Aunt Theresa (Troia) Paduano; Aunt Rose (Paduano)Salfi; Uncle Carmen and Aunt Celia (Simone) Granto; Uncle Claude and Aunt Mary (Simone) Faiola; Uncle Donald and Aunt Victoria (Simone) Venturelli; Uncle Leo and Aunt Frances (Sgro) Simone; and sister-n-Iaw Barbara (Riggi)
Paduano. Joseph will be greatly missed by all of his cousins and their children with whom he was very close.

No man was a finer person than Joe. He was the most caring, thoughtful and kind human being that ever lived. He loved the casino and was an avid slot player.   He always had a smile on his face. Joe faced many adversities relating to his health and never complained, just took life for what it was.  His struggles through many trying times, never stopped his optimistic outlook. He will always be remembered and loved.
