June B. Gibson

June B. Gibson,  formerly of Lewiston, NY,  passed away Monday, November 18, 2019, in the  McAuley Residence, Kenmore, NY.   She was born in West Valley, NY, on June 1, 1922, a daughter of the late Edward J. and Mildred [Fish] Hogan.

Mrs. Gibson graduated from Salamanca High and attended Albright Art School, the Westbrook Business Academy and Canisius College.   She was employed with various businesses throughout her life, Bell Aircraft, Radio station WHLD and WIVB TV among them,  but her passion was as an associate real estate broker with Stoveroff & Potter Real Estate, for many years.

Mrs. Gibson enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and traveling to Florida and California.

She was the wife of the late Charles R. Gibson, who passed away in April of 1980.

Mrs. Gibson is survived by her children Charles E. (Lori Anne) Gibson and Judith A. (Dr. Stanton A.) Warren, three grandchildren Stanton C. Warren, Cristi (John) Dendy and Carli (Colin) Mulloy, five great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Carol Vimmerstedt.

Private Funeral Services were held at the wishes of her family.

Inurnment in Wildwood Cemetery, Salamanca, NY.
