KAREN E. BANKS
Of Youngstown, NY passed away December 22, 2023. She was born October 30, 1968 in Charleston, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Joseph and Linda [Smith] Vogelberger.
Karen enjoyed beach combing, fossil hunting and making art work.
Survived by her daughter, Katherine Banks and a niece.
She was the sister of the late Joe Vogelberger.
