MARIA ROSINA "ROSE" MULTERI

Of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 28, 2023, in Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence.  She was born in Niagara Falls, NY on November 6, 1928, daughter of the late Anthony and Nancy [Marcantonio] Daddario.

A lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, Rose was a member of Sacred Heart Church and a graduate of Niagara Falls High School.

She was a long-time employee of Mt. St. Mary's Hospital as Director of the Medical Records Department, and avid supporter of the St. Francis Guild.

Rose loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a master at crocheting, and over the years, created hundreds of beautiful works of art for those she loved, and for the multiple charities she supported. Many babies were wrapped in blankets that she lovingly made.

Rose was the wife of the late Joseph Multeri, who died in 1982.

Rose is survived by her children James (Sophia) Multeri, Annette (Tony) Petruccelli, Joanne Collins and Maryanne (Gary) Pratt, eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Her family will be present on Wednesday from 3-7 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 1124 Ontario Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY.

Everyone is invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Parish, Prince of Peace Worship Site, 1055 N. Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY.

Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials may be made in her name to Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care residence.

Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
