Mark F. Rykiel

Mark F. Rykiel of  Lewiston, NY, passed away on  Thursday, October 29, 2020, in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.   He was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on March 8, 1953 the son of the late Stanley and Helen [Wodo] Rykiel.

Mark graduated from Niagara Falls High School and had attended Niagara County Community College and Niagara University.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid poker player and sports fan.

Mark is survived by his wife of 32 years Sandra R. [Donovan] Rykiel, a sister Cynthia (John) Rybicki, sisters in law Monica (late Paul) Mamon and Rita (William) Geiben and was the uncle of Ashley DiPasquale, Joseph (Karen) and Peter J. Mamon,  Kristina  (Victor) Muto,  James (Marilyn) and Nicholas (Carolyn) Halliday, also several great nieces and nephews and his dog Quincy.

He was the brother of the late Andrea Rykiel and brother in law of the late Jack Donovan.

Private funeral services will be held at the wishes of his family.

Memorials may be made in his name to the Niagara SPCA, 2100 Lockport Road, Niagara Falls, NY  14304.
