Melissa L. Hermanson

Of Sanborn, NY, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2024 in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.  She was born in Lewiston, NY, on August 5, 1979, the daughter of Janelle L. (Wendt) Kroening and the late Donald R. Kroening.

Melissa was a graduate of Starpoint.  She was employed in the food service department of  Harrison Radiator  and later with the Market in the Square in North Tonawanda.

Melissa enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 14 years Gordon Hermanson, Jr., sisters  Kelly (Bryan) Lane  and Rachel (George) Sisson, daughter-in-law of Gordon (late Debbie) Hermanson, Sr. and Sheree (Ed) Miller Beach, sister-in-laws Lillie Hermanson and Michelle (Alex) Vickery, also many nieces and nephews.

Her family will be present on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM, with the Rev. Michael Washburn officiating.

Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials may be made in her name to the Creekside Assembly of God Church.

Interment in Mt. View Cemetery, Pekin, NY.
