Of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Schoellkopf Health Center, under the care of Niagara Hospice. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on February 1, 1929, a daughter of the late Malcolm and Anna Maria [Kirkman] Piercey.
Mrs. Fribert was a graduate of LaSalle High. She was an active member of the former St. Teresa and St. Raphael Parish, as well as a member of the parish council and Mother's Club.
Mrs. Fribert loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
She was the wife of the late Frederick F. Fribert, who passed away in 1988.
Mrs. Fribert is survived by her children Paul Fribert and Donna (Paul) Bateman, five grandchildren Paul (Melissa), Timothy, Peter (Sarah) Fribert, Kathleen (Gary) Golombek and Brian Bateman, four great grandchildren Chloe and Kaiden Golombek, Alex and Olivia Fribert, two sisters Helen (late Clifford) Peterson and Doris Maloney, also many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Malcolm (May) and Benjamin Piercey and Ruth (Thomas) Quinn.
Everyone is invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10:00 AM at St. Peter's Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY.
Memorials may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association or to St. Peter's School, Lewiston, NY.
