Natalie J. Brooks

Natalie J. Brooks of Sanborn, NY, passed away on Wednesday,  January 5, 2022, in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital.  She was born in Detroit, MI on May 18, 1933, the daughter of the late Clarence and Joanna [Sitosky] Murphy.

Mrs. Brooks moved to Sanborn in 1953 and was employed at Voyager Emblems for over 25 years, before retiring.

She was a member of the Sanborn Senior Citizens.  Mrs. Brooks enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting, knitting, playing Bingo and dominos.

She was the wife of 64 years to the late Leslie W. Brooks, who passed away in January of 2018.

Mrs. Brooks is survived by her children Dennis (Sallyn), Michael (Joanne), Steven Brooks and Tina (Robert) Crewe, twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

She was the grandmother of the late Michelle Spess and sister of the late Walter Sitosky, Edward Murphy and Margaret Sierzega.

Her family will be present on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held on Saturday at  10:00 AM, with the Rev. Cole Webster officiating.

Memorials may be made in her name to the Sanborn Fire Company.

Interment in North Ridge Cemetery, Town of Cambria, NY.
