Penny D. Hudson

Penny D. Hudson  of the Tuscarora Nation,  passed away on  Sunday, October 31,2021, at Niagara Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Niagara Falls, NY.   She was born in Ransomville, NY,  on November 5, 1956, the daughter of the late William and Doris [Pembleton] Hudson.

Penny graduated Niagara Wheatfield  and Niagara County Community College.

She was a beadwork teacher at the Tuscarora School.  

Penny enjoyed spending time her family and doing beadwork.

She is survived by her children Stefan Williams, Joshua (Erin) Williams and Miranda (John) Barcer, seven grandchildren Nicolas, Nicolette, Ian, Dakota, L'wren, Shaya and  Esias,  a great granddaughter Jessica and was the sister of Cyril (Agnes), Dennis,  Lanny (Sue), Theodore Printup and Susan (Bob) Gansworth, also  many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the of the late Clifford "Uddy", Erwin, Sunny Lee, Helen and Mary Printup and Dianne Fuller.

Her family will be present on Wednesday   from 4-7 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY.   Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 12:00 PM at the Tuscarora Indian Mission, 5035 Walmore Road, Lewiston, NY, with the Rev. Donald A. Robinson, Jr. officiating.

Interment in Mt. Hope Cemetery on the Tuscarora Nation.
