Reda F. Bedore

Of Lewiston, NY, passed away on Thursday, August 28,2025, at her residence under the care of her family and Niagara Hospice.  She was born in Beshear, TX, on February 5, 1930, the daughter of the late Floid and Gertrude [Jordon] Scroggins.

Mrs. Bedore had lived in Albuquerque, NM, until moving to Niagara Falls with her family in 1958.

She loved being a homemaker and taking care of her family. Mrs. Bedore enjoyed cooking, baking, playing cards, gardening and will remembered for her Christmas Cake.

She is survived by her husband of 76 years Joseph G. Bedore, her children Brenda (Stephen) Linza, Connie (Ronald) Getty and Michael Bedore, five grandchildren Nicholas Getty, Julia (Erik) Acanfora, Andrea (Gene) Bondi, Stephen (Carrie) Linza and Matthew Linza, also ten great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Joyce Breden.

Everyone is invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. Peter's Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY.

Memorials may be made in her name to Niagara Hospice.

Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
