Richard L. McCombs

Of Lewiston, NY, passed away September 15, 2025.  He was born in Niagara Falls, NY on October 30, 1926, the son of the late Matthew "Frank" and Artie (Gordon) McCombs.

He was the husband of the late Norma L. (Wellsby) McCombs, they were married 50 years.

Survived by one son Michael J. (Mary Ann) Ryan, two daughters Karen M. (Thomas) LoStracco and JoAnne (David) Perkins, three grandchildren Melissa (Andy) Stangroom, Thomas LoStracco, MD and Austin Perkins, two great-grandchildren Brooke and Andrew Stangroom, he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Mr.  McCombs was the father of the late Patricia Anne Penque and brother of the late Gordon McCombs and Jean.

Private funeral services were held at the wishes of his family.
