RUTH K. TREICHLER

Of North Tonawanda, NY, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, in Kenmore Mercy Hospital.  She was born in Tonawanda, NY, on October 15, 1929, a daughter of the late Edward and Marion [Voss] Williams, Sr.

Mrs. Treichler was a graduate of Tonawanda High School and had worked at Wurlitzer.

She was an active member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ Shawnee.

Mrs. Treichler loved spending time and taking care of her grandchildren and enjoyed gardening.

She was the wife of 67 years to the late Francis N. Treichler, who passed away in December of 2017.

Mrs. Treichler is survived by her children,  Scott E. (Rita) Treichler, Peter C. (Christina) Treichler and Barbara F. (Edgar) Huber, a daughter-in-law Valerie Treichler, two sisters Barbara Rechin and Marion (David) Trouse,  nine grandchildren and  five great-grandchildren, also many nieces and nephews.

She was the mother of the late David D. and Keith S. Treichler, grandmother of the late David J. Treichler and sister of the  late  Edward and Richard Williams.

Her family will be present on  Friday, January 6th from 3:30 - 6:30 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY.

Everyone is invited to attend her Funeral  Services on Saturday January 7th at 11:00 AM at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 3921 Mapleton Road, North Tonawanda, NY 14120 with Rev. Ronald Lord officiating.

Interment in Wheatfield Cemetery.
