Tommie Robinson, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018, in Niagara Hospice House, Lockport, NY. He was born in Vineland, AL on March 5, 1944, a son of the late Oscar Lee and Lucille [Coates-Norwood] Robinson.
Mr. Robinson moved to Niagara Falls in 1954, were he was employed with various construction companies as a professional blacktop raker. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed listening to Gospel, Blues and Jazz music and watching old movies.
Mr. Robinson is survived by his wife of 40 years Dorothy [McGhee] Robinson, five sons Corey (Belinda) Stallworth, Tonnie, Terrance, Tommie, II and Timotheus (Sharese) Robinson, six daughters, Sarah Lumpkin, Kassandra (Quincy) Robinson-Tindal, Toanya, Tommika Robinson, Tammi (Alford) Anoine-Johns and Tylysa Robinson, two brothers Dale and Donnie Robinson, also many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Oscar and Ethel Robison.
