Toni G. Bissell

Toni G. Bissell  of the Tuscarora Nation, passed away on  Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at Mercy Hospital, Buffalo, NY.  A member of the Turtle Clan, she was born in Niagara Falls, NY  on April 19, 1965, the daughter of the late Charles and Minerva [Mt. Pleasant] Bissell.

Toni graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School.

She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed doing beadwork and cooking.

Toni is survived by two sons James D. (Paola Torres) Huggins, II and Joseph M. (Corrine Crogan) Anderson, Jr., a brother Henry Bissell, four sisters Cheryl Harms, Delia and Julie Bissell and Catherine (Tracy) Johnson, also six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Her family will be present on Friday from 12:30 -3:30 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY,  followed by Funeral Services at 4:00 PM at Mt. Hope Cemetery on the Tuscarora Nation.

Due to current regulations, facial coverings and social distancing is required.
