Willard H. Best

Of Ransomville, NY, passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023, in Niagara Hospice House, Lockport, NY.  He was was born in  Clearfield, PA,  on October 18, 1940, a son of the late Jesse W. and Pearl W. [Collar] Best.

Mr. Best moved to Niagara Falls in 1956 and was a welder with Conrail for over 40 years before retiring.

He was an avid hunter and worked his own farm.

Mr. Best is survived by his wife of 61 years, Georgina [Cusick] Best, four daughters Wilma, Gina, Barb and Rhonda Best, seventeen grandchildren, many great grandchildren and a great great grandchild on the way, also many nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Jesse, Ethal, Ted, Arnold, Lewis Charles"Bud", June and Ralph Best.

His family will be present on Thursday from 4-7 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY.
