Of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017 and was completely independent until he became ill in October of 2016. He was born in New Albany, MS on June 24, 1930, a son of the late Will and Myrtle (Stubbs) Frazier.

Mr. Frazier served in the US  Army, during the Korean War and came to Niagara Falls after the service. He was a sanitation worker with the City of Niagara Falls for over  20 years, before retiring  in 1996. He was always a hard worker and began working with the New York State Parks at the falls visitors center, for the past 14 summers. Mr. Frazier loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren, sharing stories with them about what life was like growing up in 1930's in Mississippi and his military travels in Germany during the Korean War. Mr. Frazier was a member of the St. John AME (Trailblazers) lunch group and enjoyed spending time with his family and going to the Casino.

He was the husband of the late Burnie Dean [Canon] Frazier, who passed away in 2003.
Mr. Frazier is  survived by his daughter,  Mary D. (Samuel)  Brandy, three grandchildren Mark (Lisa) Brandy, Courtney (Steven) McCreary & Michael (Lavese) Brandy and was the brother in law of Mary Anne Frazier, Tonnie (Columbus) Grey, Mary Lynn (Charles) Sanders & Stephanie Dozier, a cousin Willie Dykes and his good friend Joel Paradise, also with many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Hayes, Roscoe & Lamar Frazier, his twin Pauline Smith and Hattie Hersey.

His family will be present on Thursday from 10-12:00 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 1124 Ontario Ave., NIAGARA FALLS, NY, where funeral services will follow at 12:00 PM.

Interment with Military Honors in Riverdale Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
